No, you are just choosing to ignore obvious context to be difficult.

When you say someone can’t shoot, every reasonable person understands that you mean relative to players at the same position at a similar level...not the special Olympics, not a high school pickup game, not even a PF at the same level.

Lavin called it a watershed win for the program.  I agree. 

Did heron or LJ have a fg in the 2nd half?

Could u imagine a month ago i told u johnnies would beat wvu without heron or lj hitting a shot from the field in the second half?

Great win against future HOF  coach. Depth is beautiful. Quickness rules. Late collapses in last several games concerning. Anderson needs to bring in Bob Rotella to help Heron. Seems like a classic headcase. I’m thinking Duke is needed at the end to scrap and screen

The first half was one of the funest halves of basketball i have seen in a long time.  The ref got waaaay to tickey tack and ruined the game in the 2nd half.

I agree it's disappointing we only scored 70 against one of the best pressing teams in the country with an SF playing PG. Also Heron was 2-12 and LJ didn't score a point in the 2nd half. Only winning by 2 is embarassing

I agree.  The team fell apart after earlington came out with about 5 to go.  Got to find a way to keep the duke in there.

Want to give props to rutherford and williams.  I have been hard on them but they were excellent today.

"I expect the gap between us and WV is wider than the gap between us and St. Peter’s." - Marillac after the SPU game. Weird how there are so many problematic things after the team played well above their heads to pull off this massive upset.

Great win today!!  They played scrappy and hung on against a tough team.  Letting the air out of the ball the last 8 minutes or so almost did them in as did Heron forcing shots.  They should take him out in crunch time till he gets his head right.  Like what I saw in Dunn's willingness to take the big shot.  We need a guy who isn't afraid to take that shot.  This team needs shooters.  Did we take any jump shots in the second half?  Besides Greg Williams prayer?

I am impressed with Coach Anderson's evaluation of talent.  All the guys he has brought in, though  underrated, have been contributors.  Rutherford looked good today as did Dunn and Champaigne has been solid all season.

Listen I like marillac.  But I can see through his schtick. I just want him to give it up already.
