Mayor Bloomberg, where are you. Felipe? Ha!

“@friarblog: Nice RT @MattBobola: @friarblog Orlando Sanchez is meeting Mayor Taveras at City Hall right now.”

He'll be indicted soon.  Aren't all Providence Mayor's?

Why would Sanchez want to go to Providence with Sidiki, Henton, and some other bigs returning?  Henton is a STUD.

Is that because he had a light bulb surgically implanted in his fat head? ;D

We all want to know what the class is going to look like. The time is coming. We just have to be patient. it sucks watching other schools load up and fill their rosters. But, sometimes it works out like that.

Recruiting is a marathon, not a sprint.

Trust the process. Lavin has made a few laps around the track. We are in good hands. Let's wait and see how this shakes out, my two cents.

We waited for the roster to be filled last year and it never was.  It's not as if we haven't waited at all.  This year Branch was recruited by Harrison and Sampson was a prior recruit retrieved.  In my book that makes Balamou this year's class so far and he plays a position where we're stacked.  What process?

Would you at least give Lavin some credit for "retrieving" Sampson, not an easy task?

1. The recruiting process: It is fluid, changes all the time, highs and lows...

2. Explain how Harrison deserves the credit for recruiting Branch. Them being boys may have helped, but to omit the staff from the equation is ridiculous. The staff certainly played a role in his recruitment.

3. While JS was signed last year, his recruitment opened back up. He was re-recruited and verballed to us. That is a victory on the recruiting scene.

4. It is premature for us to conclude that this class is a bust, underwhelming, etc. We still have time left.

I just think taking a wait and see approach wont do us (the fans) any harm. Feel free to disagree to my approach -you're entitled to. I just wanted to address my post.
