Nothing in this life or any other life is automatic....not even D'Lo's foul shots...though those are close to automatic....if he gets to take them.....there is no entitlement.

I'd rather be in the dance than win NIT.

It's not over, but I am concerned about Harrison.

Unless the win the next 4 I just don't know how they can go just because it seems like everyone is dumping on the conference.

Number 11 better step up his game.  This board has too high of an opinion of him, but we don't got anyone else who can shoot.

7 points in 13 minutes of a half...pathetic

That's a novel opinion....do you know people who would rather win the NIT?

NIT is for clowns.  Maybe 4 years ago it was a decent tournament before it got watered down and took the best 4 teams out of it and put them in the NCAA's.

We need to get Massielo in here ASAP he is a solid coach he can recruit the area and the most important thing is he seems like a decent person.  Not a salesman type

Steve Lavin reminds me of Al Golden.

He's a great figure head; good/solid recruiter, media-friendly, slick talking, etc. Just can't win against good/great competition.

You seem like an NIT expert.  Where did you go to clown school?

If Lavin wasn't such a terrible JUCO/Transfer recruiter this team would much different.  We have absolutely no depth and when each starter comes out it is a significant drop off to the next guy.  Each JUCO player he has brought in has been terrible and over hyped Hooper (one dimensional), Lindsey (terrible attitude), Bourgault (over hyped), Sanchez (over everything, just a brutal defender who has no clue and is so soft inside he makes scrubs look like All Americans because they are playing against a soft statue), God's Gift (no game, none) and Branch (a horrendous PG who makes the team worse in every aspect of the game when he is on the floor)

The winning ratio for these 6 gems Lavin has brought in

0+0+0+0+0+0=W

PIB, I am a huge Canes fan and you pinned the tail on the donkey with that one.  Golden is like his twin and their brother would be Lane Kiffin.  3 slime balls who cant coach a lick and beat a good team ever.  I wish Golden would have gone to Penn State only thing is he never got offered his dream job.  Good for Penn State bad for us.  Lavin needs to go he is a clown of a coach.

You have the basketball IQ of a pineapple, dude..  Stop posting.  You are making the reader dumber each and every time.  Go start a Fire Lavin website or blog.

That's an insult to pineapples.

Or I can start a twitter account and post updates about my tweets on here kind of like Paultzman.  I can be one of the guys maybe even get the inside scoop from time to time.  Or maybe I can just post links to articles I search for all day long and have a Branch avatar.  Now that would be cool.

With insulting pineapples, struggling to master basic arithmetic and secretly crushing on Branch and Sanchez with his obsessive compulsive posts about them, he doesn't have time to start a blog about firing Lavin.

The eternal question: would you rather lose in the first round of the NCAA or win the NIT?

Having something to look forward to and hearing your name on selection Sunday alone is better than winning the JV tournament

If they can win 4 in a row they are in, if not they are not. Makes things simple anyway
