Jakarr is upper level athlete. We have quite a few on this team like pointer, Garrett, Balamou, jones etc. Jakarr is a flyer though. What is the vertical and 40 times? Or is this just your opinion? Becuase the fact that we disagree based on our different opinion on a subject makes me feel even better about my opinion. If you had agreed with me I would have changed my mind At the same height, Sampson can get his head above the rim. It's something that Harkless couldn't do. As unscientific as it might be, Jakarr passes the eye test as the better athlete both in speed up and down the court and vertical. He's a dominant athlete. Harkless was a very good athlete, and quite polished player for a freshman. Whether you agree with me or not doesn't matter. I think most others will agree though. Harkless didn't get his head above the rim?Oy vey

http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Moe-Harkless-6526/Now you just need Jakar's data.
He's not NBA yet. Not strong enough, or dominant enough. If you're NBA, you're dropping 25-30 every night no matter who you're playing.

Unless I am missing someone, in my time as a fan only Mullin, Berry, Sealy, Lopez, Zendon and Hatten ever averaged over 20 for a season
I thnk Mo was a better basketball player than Jakarr comparing the two years. Jakarr is far more able to do things on the court that Mo could not doWith that said, Mo just has a great basketball IQ that isn't taught. Another year for Jakarr will push him to at least Mo's draft level, if not higher. Both kids have tremendous work ethics and both are kids who will be team players and not get in trouble. Let's not forget that Max is a good friend to Jakarr and perhaps will help him with his decision Right now even if Jakarr continues doing what he is doing I see a second round selection for him. His game although better than a lot of guys with similar makeup is just way too common to set him apart.

Moe couldn't flash that gap toothed smile. The NBA loves that stuff.

I met all three of you so I am going to go out on a limb and say no. IN MY OPINION Harkless is a better athlete. See the "IN MY OPINION" thing there. Unless someone has their 40 times and vertical leap numbers I guess it is up for debate.BTW the actual basketball skills are not refined yet, but I have seen about 5 or 6 of Harkless games this year and athletically he belongs. Jumping ability, quickness, strength. I do not think you could say the same about Sampson.Dave, you should be able to pull up some sort of dunk tracker for the two guys.
