Will the games at Barclays next week be televised?
YES  NBC SPORTS

Saturdays games are on NBC sports.  As of now only one of the Friday games are on....not ours though.

Just a horrible job by STJ. How can that game not be on the tube.

Don't think that's on us.  Tournament organizers and NBC sports network are to blame, IMO.

That could be true, but then STJ can't announce before the season that EVERY game this season will be televised either on Espn3 or tv.

Every game was.  NBC changed the programming.

Well it sucks no matter what happened. Guess i'm heading to Brooklyn

If that's what it takes to get our small fan base to come out...then they shouldn't televise any of them.

On Directv the BIG 10 Network has 4 extra alternate channels and have seen them televise numerous BIG 10 games at the same time. However, I guess at this late date they don't want the expense of picking up the game.

Pretty funny what they just said during the PC-UK broadcast.

Raftery/Gus will be doing the SJU/Xavier game in Cincy at noon on New Year's eve.  Then they will take a bus to Indianapolis to cover the 4th game of the 5 game opening night, Nova/Butler.  2 games in two different cities on the same night.

Keep this in mind on their schedule SJU plays 13 NOT 12 non-conference games.  Interesting because we all were talking about being 10-2 instead of 9-3 when in fact there is a good chance SJU could be 10-3 in non-conference.  Still have games against San Francisco, Youngstown St, Columbia (at Barclay's) and Dartmouth in January during the Big East season.

So SJU plays 31 not 30 regular season games.  Just an interesting sidebar.

So 22 wins seems to be a good #. Not me saying it, the guys getting it done on the court. Go storm.

Pretty big deal too.  Is that Columbia game considered neutral court?  That would be very nice.  I keep forgetting about that Dartmouth game.  It is well-placed, IMO, because there will be no easy games outside of SH in the new Big East.

May not be an easy games. But no impossible games either. Going to Xavier might not be easy. But would rather go there then Pitt, Louisville , or West Virginia

Bucknell loses to 1 & 9 Marist. Not helpful to us.
